We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to join our client’s dynamic remote call center team. The TSR will handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicate with customers, address their needs, and connect set leads to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities, leads, and appointments by calling from the provided lead list.
- Getting prospects to commit to scheduling an appointment and then transferring them by phone to the client’s call center.
- Timely reporting of the opportunities, leads, and appointments generated via communication channels (e.g., Slack, Skype, Email) used for real-time communication.
- Work during the time zone and working schedule set forth by the company’s business hours.
- Perform any other agreed-upon tasks in writing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in telephone sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and a persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve complaints effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Compensation:
- $65 for every lead set (10/week = $650/Week).
- Additional pay structure:
- 11-15 leads/week = Additional $30/lead (Potentially an extra $150/week).
- 16-20 leads/week = Additional $40/lead (Potentially an extra $400/week).
