Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to meet client needs across a range of industries and roles.
  • Business Development: Actively identify and secure new client accounts, fostering long-term business relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and hiring objectives.
  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, submitting candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating terms with clients and candidates as needed to secure successful placements.

Compensation Structure:

  • Candidate Placements:
    • $1,000 per successful placement.
  • New Business Commission:
    • Less than 10 roles: Recruiters receive 10% of the total contract value for any new client account with less than 10 roles awarded.
    • 10 or more roles: Recruiters receive 20% of the total contract value for any new client account with 10 or more roles awarded.

This structure ensures that you are rewarded for both direct placements and business development contributions, providing significant earning potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development (agency or corporate).
  • Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and independently managing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
