Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead project teams, ensure timely and quality completion, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. This role demands leadership, effective communication, and construction management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project and team performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Estimate and develop project budgets.
- Create and manage project schedules.
- Administer contracts and mitigate project risks.
- Manage financial aspects, including buyouts, change orders, budget adjustments, and billing.
- Ensure job site safety and adherence to regulations.
- Lead project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Assist with compliance and staff development.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficient in Sage 300, Procore, or similar software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or Adobe.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a salary of $90k-$130k.
