Role Overview:
- Conduct professional on-site consultations and assessments
- Guide homeowners through design, product, and timeline decisions
- Prepare proposals, manage the sales process, and close deals
- Ensure smooth project handoff with production teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in exterior sales, construction, or renovations
- Consultative, goal-driven, and customer-focused
- Knowledge of Canadian building standards and climate considerations
- Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven role
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $95,000 – $120,000
- Year 2: $120,000 – $155,000
- Year 3: $155,000 – $185,000
- Year 4: $185,000 – $220,000
- Year 5+: $220,000 – $275,000+
