Due to continued growth, they are seeking dependable General Laborers / Helpers to support their installation and construction teams.

Position Overview
The General Laborer / Helper will support construction and installation crews on active job sites. This role is critical in ensuring projects run efficiently by assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist crews with loading, unloading, and transporting tools, materials, and equipment
• Prepare job sites by organizing materials, setting up work areas, and removing debris
• Support installation teams with basic construction tasks and material handling
• Safely use hand tools and power tools as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Assist with measuring, cutting, lifting, and positioning materials
• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and site organization

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is primarily outdoors on active construction sites
• Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and moving materials
• Ability to safely navigate construction environments

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
