An established Excavation Company is seeking motivated Excavation Laborers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn the commercial and residential excavation and site preparation trade from the ground up. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required for candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to grow.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks, including grading, septic system installation, drain installation, and grade checking.
- Assist with the daily maintenance and cleaning of heavy equipment.
- Support the crew with equipment loading, securing (binding), and unloading during transport.
- Use laser levels to ensure accuracy in grade setting.
- Perform manual labor, such as pipe laying, trench work, and other site preparation tasks involving heavy lifting and bending.

Qualifications:
- Class A CDL is a plus, but not required initially. Willingness to obtain a CDL is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and repetitive bending.
- Familiarity with construction equipment and tools is a bonus but not required.

- Drug testing.
- Driver’s background check.
Salary Range:
- $19 to $22 per hour
