We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to join our team. As a TSR, you will play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads for the outside sales team by making outbound calls and setting appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make 350-400 daily outbound calls to generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
- Setting the Standard: Set a high benchmark in personal lead generation to inspire the team.
- Fostering a Positive Environment: Contribute to a motivating work atmosphere to drive peak performance.
- Performance Tracking: Use tools to monitor and improve personal and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in telephone sales.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
