This is not a typical sales role.
You will receive fully pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments—no cold calling, no door knocking, no prospecting. Our marketing team fills your calendar so you can focus on what you do best: consult, present, and close high-value deals.
With average ticket sizes of $18,000, a tiered commission structure up to 12%, and uncapped earnings, top performers routinely build six-figure incomes within their first year.

What You’ll Do
Consultative Sales Presentations
Meet homeowners in their homes and deliver a professional, solution-focused presentation showcasing BEE Window’s premium products.
Manage High-Quality Leads
Handle pre-qualified appointments, identify customer needs, and present customized solutions that improve their home’s comfort, value, and efficiency.
Close High-Value Deals
Guide homeowners through the buying decision with confidence using consultative and assumptive sales techniques.
Build Long-Term Relationships
Maintain communication throughout the sales cycle to create satisfied customers and referrals.
Continue Developing Your Sales Skills
Attend weekly training, sales meetings, and monthly strategy sessions designed to sharpen your performance and help you maximize earnings.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
